Founded in 2018, Voi is a Swedish micro-mobility company born out of a desire to reduce heavy traffic and make cities greener. Their mission – to develop high-quality, sustainable e-scooters that give the best experience and service to riders and partner cities. Voi understands that the development of electric transportation will mean positive change for the future of cities and that people want this. Green, convenient, and no slouches when it comes to speed, Voi wants to build Cities made for living, to the benefit of everyone.

My mission? To provide the copy for emails, site and app to make this happen.

Parking campaign

Launched to stem the tide of badly parked e-scooters cluttering up streets all over Europe, the “Don’t be the bad apple”-campaign recognized that while most people have the sense to park properly, it only takes one rotten apple to ruin it for everyone.

Spring campaign – Voi is back in season
On the CRM side, the Voi 2022 spring campaign resulted in 25K activated riders and 50K net revenue directly from the campaign. For performance marketing, it netted 83K new riders. The total net revenue from the campaign was 900K.

Safety campaign – Let’s get it right

Launched in the spring of 2022, this campaign encouraged people to pull together to make their cities safer by following a few simple rules. Paid digital media, email and in-app messages were used to deliver the message, with most of the traffic directed to our online traffic school, generating a 270% increase in visitors. A media darling, the campaign reached approximately 38M people through PR and scored 65M impressions through paid digital.
